Looks like you're outside while there's an emission. Before an emission starts, a random stalker will broadcast a message on the screen about scientists readings that an emission is coming, and you'll hear an emergency alarm, sky starts to darken drastically. When you see and hear those, seek for a nearby shelter (Open your PDA and check for semi-transparent circles that would appear on the PDA map, usually near stalker bases/houses that says "...hideout" when you move over your mouse cursor on it). An mission objective marker will also be added to your PDA that says seek shelter.

Game log files (.log, .mdmp) are located in your: ogse-installation-folder/_appdata_/logs
Post a download link to those files in the forum(support)( Moddb.com ) so they can have a better look on the issue.
