If your game crashed after you open gta-vcs.exe, try turning off DEP for gta-vc.exe and gta_sa.exe on GTA VCS and GTA SA's directory. You can do it by right clicking Computer and then click properties. On the left, click Advanced system settings. And then in the Advanced tab, click on Settings.. button on the Performance section. Click the Data Execution Prevention tab and click Add.. then locate both executable files on your GTA VCS+GTA SA's directory. Hope that helps!

I follow directions, on win 8.1 x64 works i have problem now, becouse i change OS to win 7 x64...

I can't run this (Mod) game. I get no error, but the game just won't start :/ I try to reinstall (Clean) both SA and this Mod and updates, and yes i also add (gta-vcs.exe) in DEP to exclusions, also i try compatibility (all of them) i have UAC disabled and the game and Mod are added to exclusions in Avast IS, but when i run the game nothing happens. I have windows 7 x64 and all the drivers : visual c++ (all of them), directX, NETframework (all of them) are updated. I know that i was able to play this Mod when i have win 8.1 x64, but i have no luck playin this on 7 x64. Please help me guys :/
