Key of Alamut is broken. Should provide +1 to all soaks. Instead it gives Prescience duration increase.

Chinatown bug: Cops don't de-spawn. My Chinatown has at least 20 cops patrolling everywhere.

Think i encountered a bug.
When Lu Feng offers me 20% (Started at 20%) to kill Ji Wen Ja, Ji Wen JA only offers me his fortune telling dialogue option and notihng more.
Supposed to be able to talk to him about it and such.
