oh i aware of that Gal, i'm around turn 30 but my coastal settlements still only have the basic sword, bow, horse and Lindon long spear to recruit. I'm wondering if there is a building or a event that i miss ?

oh anybody knows how to unlock Lindar Mariner as Lindon ? are they required building or specific event
