I am having the same issue about buying land and I have 10 positive with town and 20 with owner of town and still says that the guild would like to know me better. Any suggestions?
I have tried several towns where I have good relations with both town and owner of town. Just tried hotfix 2 for .9. It works now.

I have the same issue and cannot advance with any other adventure guild quests till that one is complete. Anyone know a fix for it?
