I'm currently learning on Blender, and hope that in the near future I'll gain enough knowledge to work with other programs as well or whatever is necessary to apply new content for older games.

Played with this mod and it's pretty alright. Some minor issues though, but still playable.

To anyone wondering: as the description suggests, this mod adds an NPC character named Lt. Gonzales which spawns in most missions and following you while helping fight the enemy NPCs. He has different weapons depending on the mission type, but the biggest downside is that he has pretty low health and can die rather quickly.

In addition, there are also some secret levels in both the campaign and multiplayer. This mod only works for the original MoHAA.

Thank you very much for your thorough answer! You made me even happier knowing these details are going to be changed and fit accordingly to history :D

I'm more than certain there is a lot to cover. While I can't offer much to help with on the actual work (at least for now, I'm learning 3D modeling), I can indeed and thoroughly help with checking for issues, as well as identify areas where history could or should be taken to account and match whatever is necessary. So if you need a direct helping hand I will be more than happy, maybe even communicate through Discord if you prefer.

Anyhow, very excited for the next update to come!

I recently started playing MoHAA again after many years (purchased again through GOG) and since we're in the 2020s now, I wanted to check if there are mods still available to make the game look a feel different and better, despite its age. This is one of the first mods I tried due to the quality of details that drawn me eyes. I never thought someone would still be putting hard work even today for this one-of-a-kind game, and I'm really happy that your mod exists. In-game the quality looks wonderful, really giving much life to the details of everything you worked on thus far. I'm looking forward for future updates as this is going to keep me playing :)

Btw, at the time I published this comment, I haven't finished the campaign yet. I read that you're still working on adding more unfinished skins, new textures etc., but I was wondering if you're planning to keep close to realism as much as possible even on the much smaller, rather unnoticeable details? Being a military freak and former serviceman I always like that the small details are getting attention. For example: in the first mission, the Rangers in your team bare the 2nd Battalion skins. Since the mission takes place in north Africa; irl only the 1st Battalion was operating in that theater (ironically, in Operation Overlord you're getting reassigned to the 2nd Btn). Despite the team getting killed very short after, it would be interesting to see the 1st Btn. emblem rather than the 2nd for the history bits. Then again you also find the body of the soldier that is shot during the interrogation and has the Airborne skin, although paratroopers weren't present at the time.

Again, very small details, not really game-breaking at all. Obviously you have your plannings for future updates but was just wondering on these kind of bits. And once more, thank you for this lovely mod and your work :D
