Using double or long double points instead of float point should fix that bug, i think.
(2^16)/2 = 2^15 = 32768
Float have a high inaccuracy and the two last integer are rounded down. Also, the decreasing points bug is due the counter gets into the negative side of the float point. Once your points are over 2^15, if you buy something, your points will be increased instead. This will also cause more bugs with higher numbers.
Long double is the most accurate point, however, i would use a double point to save memory.

In videos you can see all weapons do same damage to the player (1 HP), it will be changed... i think.

I saw your topic in the forum looking for a weapon animator... I think that people that doesn't know about your project can't help you.
I suggest you should advance more, get a beta/alpha version and promote it until comes to God's ears... That's the moment for find a good animator.
EDIT: Of course, don't remove that weapons, it could be animated and added later.
