yes, my mistake. I said AI in my country language.
I mean AI (computer enemy) in Angmar, and in maps like belfalas or dol amroth i was referring to NPC

There are some things that still kicking me out of the magic though:

IA buildings and units in maps like Belfalas or Dol Amroth (when you start outside the fortress in WOTR) should be allied to the player good forces approaching the cities, instead of being tagged as enemies and sloughtered in a brutal genocide.

Aragorn gimli and legolas, in WOTR mode, could be called during real time battles and then remain in strategy phase, giving you the chance to manage different "three hunters" unit in different location on the map.

Angmar IA often get slow and freezing units now and then

I won a single player game at Berg Gram map, using Arnor against Angmar and starting with the AI inside the fortress.
I literally destroyed all the enemy troops and buildings and even all the fortress walls, but the game still doesn't make me win.
The winner screen just never appears.
I began exploring the entire map, also the cliffs and the mountains using the eagles, searching for any spared IA unit that could be stuck somewhere, but nothing.
Is this a known bug? I was forced to exit the game...
Was there something else i could try that i missed?

Thank you Edain Team! Being a fan of WOTR mode, an Umbar Fortess map is a big news! I'm sure it will be very exciting to play.
But i wonder: some of the unique structures in it (i guess the Tavern?) will allow the player to recruit Umbar pirates or summon Haradrim troops directly during RTS?
Because i always try to play any map or skirmish coherently with the people and races who actually could be there
(playing Imladris for example, i never build any hobbitfarm outside of Eriador/Shire maps, and same for Lindon towers. I know it could limit my choices in game, but i choose to do so. I simply can't see Rohan's army called for aid on Mount Gundabad, Thranduil's troops fighting too far from Rhovanion ecc ecc....)

So i wonder if Umbar fortress map will be defendable in a proper way despite of the faction used.

PS: In general...my hidden dream was always be that most of the maps had proper structures which the players can flag and then recruit the relative forces (like with dockyards) depending on the side of the player

These recent reports are pretty interesting in general, but for players like me who prefers to play offline against EA they seems not realistic. I simply don't understand the extreme rarity of getting Mirkwood (my favourite outpost of all) or the few spellbooks powers among the highest tiers. But i guess is because multiplayer games are too much about offensive and rapidity..quick farming of all the most effective troops instead of increasing outposts and external economies.
Personally (especially when using lorien or gondor) i love to scout and patrol the map with Haldir, Rumil e Orophin or the Faramir's rangers (like in Tolkien books) taking the advantage of stealthed troops (mainly archers) and towers along the maps, to preserve pikemens and all the galadhrim for the internal defences (because they're armored troops, not stealthed and better suited for a proper strategic army to get out only at the right moment, when is time to march against the enemy castle).
But i admit that i do just skirmishes against IA, usually at brutal. Very long games where i like to invest in internal defences/settlements at first, facing the mordor waves and then win by long term strategy. Probably multiplayer is all different story.

ps: i can't wait to play the new WOTR mode.
Just an answer: will the the 4.6 add any new create a hero?

Voted for Edain! Still the best for me.

But i want to ask: playing Isengard (Cursed) map has some known issues with AI in Fortress ? Because every time i play against Isengard AI, the game crash after a few minutes with a runtime error.
I tried with lower settings and CPs with two different computer but is still happenin. I never had a chance to send one single Ent against Orthanc...

Amazing work with imladris, and i love how Mirkwood units can defend their outpost now. I always liked rhovanion elves and play them in the new mirkwood map feels more balanced and amusing.

Very nice work, like always. I played Edain Mod since the very first version and i love all the work you made through the years. Simply amazing, the best mod for a real middle earth fan and expert.

However, now for the first time i noticed something disappointing: since last update to 4.5, seems that the War of The Ring mode has been "mutilated" (only the "classic" remains, no traces of all the previous scenarios); so i was wondering if those missings are willed (maybe you're scheduling to mod the entire war of the ring mode in the next future?) or related instead to some issue i've got updating my version.

In the first case, i can't wait to see the new version.
Otherwise, i wish to know how to get it back.
