Just stumbled on this today.
Saying it looks and sounds 'absolutely amazing' would be an harsh understatement.

Uhh, looks like the scale is *really* off. I mean, a slightly larger vehicle than the LAAT can carry AT-TEs, so yeah.
When you unpack the file (with 7zip or WinRAR), you should get a resource folder. Move that folder to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2\mods\Red Rising" folder. When it asks if you want to merge folders or overwrite content click yes. Then you will be able to add AI to some of the MP gamemodes, permitting that you have everything else set up correctly.
This may be a bit late, but do you know where the "nationality" files are? I always wanted to go and fix them, as well as mess with some of the UFO: Aftermath mod things. Another thing I have been wanting to find, and does have quite an impact on realism, is the file that controls the jamming rates. Thanks
(Sorry for the late reply.) The only way to play it is through the editor. Anyway, I think not being able to access the files has something to do with me not having Mow: Vietnam.
I have made winter camo for various USMC things (and a humanskin) a desert M1A2 TUSK texture, a UH-60 retexture to make it resemble the Seahawk, and presets for German, UK, and Ukrainian soldiers.
I have some other stuff but it is unfortunately based off of content from other mods.
If you want to use them with the English patch, change their nationality to something in the base game. Not the best fix but it works.
Oh cool, guess I will try it out then.
It would be nice to have a bit more information before downloading a 1.9 GB file.
I enjoyed playing the mod, but weirdly, there is no resource folder. There is quite a bit of information in the .pat file but I have no idea how to edit it. (I would like to combine in with another mod I use since they are not compatible)
Anyone know how to edit it?
Any chance you will eventually add the little bird (MH-6 and AH-6)? Of course do I would rather see working rebels. Also, if it would help, I have made winter camo for the some US Marine infantry, the LAV, and the M1A2.
People complained about the Mein Kampf? It is an item in the game that's only purpose is to clean weapons.
Putting illegal drugs in the game does not mean they condone drugs. The same way adding a book does not mean they agree with it.
I just found it as another random piece of loot that gives some character to the zone.
Daawww...looks like im 6 days too late for the screenshot contest, ohh well then :[
That's what I thought too. Maybe even with the Virtuix Omni also. Fighting a bloodsucker would give me a heart attack.
The Sci-Storms really annoyed me. Emissions were nice because they had semi-logical safe spots. The Sci Storms seemed to use the same locations. Considering that they are basically like a bolt of lightning some of the locations should have been changed so that the protected locations would be obvious. A.k.a. A brick wall between you and it should be enough.
Bloodsuckers and Burers. Bloodsucker are also my favorite mutant because they can turn invisible (which is quite scary when you don't have a fully loaded armsel protectica at your disposal). Burers because they take your armsel protectica and throw it across the room. I also have to credit the hamsters for being scary. I mean has anyone not been scared by those little deathtraps?
I'm confused. Are the devs going to begin the upload when the timer reaches 0, or will they have it finished and the timer indicates the release to the public?
Either way I can't wait (well I can but whatever)
Nice idea but I see a fatal flaw. What's going to keep people from google searching the questions. I must be missing something. Though if google was out of the question it could be interesting (and bing too). If that will not interrupt your idea then I am sure I could help you out.
This looks awesome! Glad to see that you implemented silent bloodsuckers. Its too bad that the backpack system is currently disabled though, I have always needed that in Misery 1.2. I can't wait to play this amazing mod!
It only works for CoP. I have only had one playthrough on the other games but Complete seemed decent
I think you would just delete the ui_actor_hint_wnd.dds file in the gamedata/textures/ui folder. The problem is that some other ui items will revert back too. This could cause overlapping or other visual bugs. Nothing too serious, though I would recommend backing up the file.
Its an okay mod but nothing special. It seems that some of the stuff was taken from the zombie assault mod though ex. the Blackhawk and Littlebirds. The Abrams seems to have a slightly goofed issue where you cannot use the co-axle machine gun. I think it would have been better if the infantry did not replace existing units though. It was worth the download though.
Hmm, they must have different rules than Skyrim. The Skyrim nexus has a donate button and the only restriction is that the modder cannot request money. Am I missing something?
He got himself banned? Ahh finally. My comment was a joke considering that he was put into the comments after being a troll. But seeing that he was banned it now makes sense.
Hmm, I could help with the mod in a week. I am not an expert modder though so I am unsure of what I could do.
I guess I will have to start being a troll so I can be mentioned in one of the updates. :P
AAAHHHH THIS IS SOOO AWESOME!!!
*cries to self in joy*

Poor man...Ohh wait
I love this reveal (even though I didn't get my prized wallpaper). You and the team have done an awesome job. Did you fix the 3rd person helmet "bug"? I was playing with Misery/Complete and it was cool seeing the helmet in 3rd P.
