Ok, I have thought this through, over several months at that. I'd love to give this a better rating but at this of what is available to me I cannot. The file you download is a zipfile with .rar files which has two mod folders.
1st Folder: English
2nd Folder: Spanish.

1st folder when placed in the mod location and ran crashes everytime at the "sounds" section, previously this year it would crash at the map or history, you can look find my complaint on the files page can show what it was exactly.

2nd folder, well it's all in English too, but all it did was change the color of the countries and nothing else. So unless the IMPERIUM english folder contains all of the changes/modifications in it this mod is nothing more than a color change.

If able to redo this review in the future I'd be glad to but at this point in time I must give it a 1/10 due to none of the posts shown reflecting what I had downloaded. The owner YUGULO has responded but usually states that it works on his machine. There is a shirt that reminds me of "well it works on my machine just fine." as if no error occured. I am not calling him a liar but troubleshooting seems far off.

I haven't noticed any changes with this mod, I would gladly edit my review if something apart from the german flag being replaced by the nazi flag. The mod does load which is great.

I have read the Author comment saying you can "create puppets" to make the countries appear. I checked this and it is true, however nothing changes if you do not do this yourself. typing tag "nation tag" to go to each country to make puppets is painstakingly annoying.

If the countries can become independent or in an alliance but not a puppet I may change my review.

3/10 (moved from 1/10) I will be editing the files to make the countries start out as a country and not a puppet.

Game crashes when you or anyone declares war. I have been hoping for an update to show that it was fixed but I am not sure that will ever happen.

Love it, it's not finished yet but what it offers right now is amazing. Some clone units I think need work but otherwise I can't wait.
Hope for some good map content as well

I am not a fan of mashed Genres. Gameplay was ok but not my cup of tea.

I like the mod, but my scoring is low due to the fact that some places can conjur up way too big of armies and you can't expand enough to then face your enemies, Rohan vs Isengard especially, Gondor left me to my fate while they danced with mordor and the Elves didn't care. The enemies or any of the factions/nations/countries have armies that are way too big! only way I was able to defeat isengard was to start over, assassinate Sarumon and marry into the family that took his place, after this though Mordor left me alone and I was happy. Gondor fell since I did what they did, left them to hang.
I then turned on the wilderness and expanded quickly, the shire started wars with me but we had nearly even armies, my armies slightly superior in size. Fangorn massacred 90k of my troops with a mere 3k but those were trees so i accepted that and asked for peace.
the dwarves were at war with the elves and the elves at war with me soon afterwards. The elves started to fight me and win with their easily 200k + armies separate to my now 50k or lower after my previous wars.
I eventually just ended up not doing anything for a few generations and my kids kept dying from illness left and right, only the first born ever managed to live so that was nailbiting to say the least. (this happened every game i made) i even as a human lived to be in the hundreds around 289 my leader became incapable and was just a sitting potato while my children's children kept dying of illness, i needed a leader not a veggie.
