I had flash only from Sin leader. I pressed Right mouse button on that flash and "use". Doubleclicking does same thing. I did it just after getting it from Sin leader.
After that, I opened file on that computer and pressed on "Download to PDA"

Yep, it disappeared from my inventory too and it worked for me.
