The devs said RoH's version of the Zone would house many unique characters with their own missions and even talked about them having their own voice acting.
Not entirely open world, having loading screens between areas doesn't make it open world. Also the mod is more co-op than multiplayer.
Hope to play it sometime.

The big ones could be used in mods as boss monsters.
The jumping attack, some mods re-enable it too. It is pretty scary to see a giant leap at you.
Question: Did you use the unused animations for the moving attack? The one where the giant slaps the player with his right hand while running?

I don't know if we played the same mod or not. OLR 2.5 is the most faithful re-creation of the old Stalker there is, with maps, quests, characters and sounds taken directly from builds and design documents.
Custom content should be included with their respective folders, sure but you include every folder and file from HL too, used or not, and needlessly bloat the file size of your mods.
Why do you put everything from HL in the mod folder and bloat the file size in every single mod of yours?
It doesn't, Sidorovich will scold you - other than that nothing changes.
I will undoubtedly get downvoted to hell for this but I must say: this is what happens when you lose focus. The Shaft project was going stronger than every other HL restoration mod up to this point and seemed like it could break the curse and be the first decent Alpha/Beta/Cut Content mod to be fully released. Instead of finishing this you jumped to the Preliminary, which I would love to see finished but looking at it realistically, it will probably follow Shaft's footsteps.
But whatever, now we have Spyro in Half-Life I guess. I'm sure a lot of HL fans were expecting that combo for years...
