Well, the story is that I was considering re-applying for a staff position now that the VCE is over, and was wondering if anybody randomly stumbles across my profile; I guess I have my answer! :P

It all comes down to a lack of released products. What we really need is a truckload of random dudes playing around doing random things and developing their skills, releasing crazy mods that may or may not survive long. Then, because you haven't devoted even six months to the project yet, it shouldn't deter you from future participation.

Only then should we start getting grand ideas about projects that will take in excess of two years to complete. Start small, bebes; it doesn't hurt to have a really rough product as your first release. :)

I hope you realise that there's a high chance of being shut down with game studios the way they are (i.e. threatening to take legal action even though this MOD doesn't clash with any of their games, or plans for games).

Oh well, I guess if that happened you could just change the name to Slugz and make the worms green... :P
