because we want our own models, not hl2 models. And last modeler that the team had, was only able to make the character models and zombies.

are you tried post it in SUPPORT forum section? Some people had same problem and we fix it in less than 1 day. If we don't know your problem we can't help you

The point is that in a massive game, is not normal up lvl in 4 days. In a future rest of skills will up less faster too. We are currently balancing.

because your accuracy is low. Shot them using ironsight. If you have lag probably is because you are really far of server, most players don't have lag. In fact, server runs better in anitalink than the payment server.
