The skirmish loads to the end and then crashes back to desktop..really annoying can anyone help please?

I am really enjoying the mod but I am having a small problem the descriptions for vessels and the names for vessels all show up as the number 80072 for some odd reason, I can still play but that is just a tad annoying, I did place the locale file in the data folder so everything is where it needs to be..if someone can help I would appreciate it..

Quick question does this involve all the other ships as well or do you have to download all the others...probably a stupid question but..

Can someone help please, everytime I try to load a skirmish the mod exits to the desktop, the mod loads to the very end and then just shuts off, has anyone else had this problems if so could you please help. Thank You.
