Whenever I try to load the mod it comes up with an RGL error saying 'Unable to find module info file' and quits to desktop. Any idea how I could fix this?

Can you give me instructions on how you modified the vehicles and units? I'm interested on adding amphibious transports to the game at low tech levels to make water based maps more interesting with restricted tech.
