If i'm modifying an existing model and texture, i'd just use the texture I extracted?
What OS set up do you have? I'd rather not have to emulate Windows XP to get stuff imported, although I have a Windows Vista laptop lying around somewhere.
How does .alo deal with textures? Are they inside the model itself, or are they linked externally? I managed to use another program to import the .alo into Blender as an .obj, and I managed to modify it there, but I'm not sure how to even approach getting the texture to work when exporting it from max 8 to .alo, which is the only part of the exporter I can seem to get working.
Hey! The mod looks amazing! Although, specifically, the models look excellent. I was wondering what your workflow is like for getting models into the game? I'm trying to get models imported into the .alo format myself, but it's kind of hellish trying to get it working through 3ds Max 8 (which keeps freezing when I try importing) and it would be great knowing how other people get the whole thing working.
