If You researched tech I mentioned than it should launch. Can this be some kind of bug from other mods? Thats is a question for creators of said mods.

Did You researched Giant Infra. Projects tech?

Normal on everything. This was whole point of discussion in topic I mentioned. General conclusion was it couldn't be done even with "all normal" settings. I may try to do this again with BICE/SU hard/hard but it wont happen soon :P

For giant infra You have to choose "Long term investment" option when event pops up. But, even if You do that You will have to have certain ammount of resources to actually build it.

Both Giant Infra and Monumental Building can be build in one year but since both are expensive You propably wont be able to do that in first year without focusing big part of your industry on building Supplies (both require lots - Giant Infra alone - 25k)

I'll upload them to same folder as savegames. Let me know if it worked.
