Sorry but I haven't worked on this project for a long time.

I'm considering to call it finished since there is acctually quite much already, just maybe complete the last stuff and send the beta to the testers out there.

The thing that worries me though is that I just started to be serious on the app market and I wonder if I release this game if it's going to be any legal problems since Nintendo might think that this is some kind of commerical project..

If so I'm willing to give away the game for someone else to continue.

yeaah I thought of that, perhaps an alliance between Mario and Bowser against been kingdom ?
But I must hold my horses, one project at a time :D

Its just the basic right now, the programming and gameplay is the first phase and later on I will work on the level design :)
