I think the problem is the localization,you game vanilla is english version?The mod work only english.First istall game,second patch game 1.5 ,extract the gamedata folder in the main folder of the game.Finally open this file : fsgame.ltx ,is in the main folder and modific this text line exat like this:
$game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata\
Is simple,copy and paste over the first line and save.
