If it fails to launch, maybe the folder it's in is one level too deep from half life, otherwise, you probably have the 'new game crash' problem, eh?

Seems to work with non steam version but not with steam one. Very strange. Perhaps broken by an update at some point?

Seems like removing and re-adding the game to steam fixed this.

Getting a lag error when running this on steam - the cursor moves slowly and frequently lags on reaction when spinning the camera, a white dot also appears and flashes in the screen center.

This doesn't happen when I run the game in folder - should I remove and re-add to steam?
