Since Cylarne used my (so gawd awesome) picture ( Moddb.com ) to show the possible new walls, I couldn't refuse the honor to give them a proper good look, not all is done, since I think that team color is (as always with me, if you follow my work from the beginning) a must-have. but this bare used walls is also good to see.
Finally good texture to the walls! Good job!
Interesting take on the texture. I wonder how will it be once team colourable.

Oh yeah, thanks for the () tip, I need to see how the TC will work, yeah, but only when I'll get it to work !
Now if the Tau walls, Dark Eldar walls, Ork walls, and IG walls (with gunners fixed) could get the same thing. It'll be epic!

Time for thoughts:
With the original two walls I found I could just TC up the walls, but that wouldn't have made them unique enough.
Just like badging up the walls didn't make them unique enough.
So I went with looting the textures from the race they were designed for as the basis of some type of uniqueness while being compliant with the original race.
The reason i didn't go with plain stone was because it looked to much like the generic scenery that was a part of the map making setup.
Something totally un-mappy and more racey or based off of symbols of the race the walls were designed for.
That was the thoughts process I went through with the old dual wall setup.

They are looking better then the concept I put out, and I cant wait to see how you go with the TC setup for the walls.
Game play should be interesting to see how they go on the whole with the cross wall section.
I use "deadmans crossing" to develop walls so I can see how they go on uneven surfaces and if the float when the surface is uneven. :)
