The best Rebirth mod there will ever be
Not as good as The Dark Descent, but a fine successor. It is very different, however I don't think this is a bad game. The theme of motherhood is portrayed well imo. It isn't very scary, however there are definitely some intense parts. The story was overall good, it was pretty bad at the start but it gets better the longer you play. It is hard to compare this to Soma, as they tackle very different themes. I bet the majority of people will say Soma is better, and I can see why, however I don't think this game is necessarily worse. I guess one word to describe this entire game would be "different" when comparing it to other FG titles.

I am rating 6 because there is obvious room to improve, but as you are a beginner this isn't all that bad. I enjoyed this custom story for what it was, considering you seem to still be starting out. I commented this information, but I will put it here as well.
To gain skill and experience, keep on making custom stories and use Mudbill's youtube tutorials as a guide. Here is a link to the playlist: Youtube.com

Going into this knowing it was story first, I loved it. People that are looking for simple fright and scares won't get what they expect, but they will instead get a truly amazing atmospheric custom story.

I enjoyed it until the point where you stole a level from one of my custom stories called "History Chapter 1". If you could credit me for the level, that would be nice. I am rating it a 3 because of some of the effort that was shown, but you can't just take someone's level and call it your own. If I am mistaken, please let me know. You seem to have some skill, and I think that you are capable of making something really great.
