Ok leave it, I have done it both ways. Thinks saks way is better as it will atleast provide wep and armour

What is the best outcome for link emitter quest ? Is it to assist Sak or Red.. Who gives best rewards ?

Mate same here, Just gave 40grand and took the helmet, earlier I tried that semonov quest , but even after so many runs the quest is not completing. So I am trying from an earlier save.
Mean while any progress in finding tool boxes for mechanics. I just bought one from patrenko at bar.
