Err. Harvester is heavy vehicle by default(roll over infantry)
It has tires. Doesnt hover. No amphibious for Mutants. But its excellent idea for Scrin one.

nod and scrin harvesters are not heavy

It doesn't need to hover to bee on water,look at the YURI REVENGE mod: mental omega,the soviet borrilo has some sort of mechanic that replaces his tires with some proppelers when is is contact with water

Look:

but i have 4 more ideas for the harvester,one is some sort of super speed,the other is transporting infantry(or make the ability like the flack truck from RA3 XD ), the other is for trolling mostly,it will get all tiberium when the tiberium is underneath his tires
the finale one is a laser that will destroy missile and aircraft

All harvesters are heavy. Since Dune II.
GDI Harvester has more hitpoints than Titan(double-checked and confirmed)
They are all the same, except that Nod is stealthed and who knows why, Scrin cannot roll over infantry and is much faster(probably because it hovers)
Blah,blah,blah, if you want mental omega or japanese RA3 vehicles, then go there,
but this is Tiberium Essence.
Soviet Borrilo is nothing else then amphibious Imperial guard Rhino/Chimera.
Take a look at TE 2.0 Mutant Bombard and you shall know why its a bad idea.
GDI KW Steel Talon and ZOCOM missile and heavy(garrison shoot out port)harvesters are awful,senseless and unoriginal.
Scrin and Nod are about mobility, not GDI and Mutants.
Reclaimer has tib.reclaiming ability.
Anti-missile laser is TFM harvester ability.
Go discuss to comments section and think of something smart and original.
Sorry but Mutants got zero amphibious vehicles in Tib.Sun,TFM,Tib. Alliances,CNC3;4 and TE will most likely not be a difference

Yes. The deployable outpost. Am most interested.
Also in..probably..AA defense, T3 advanced defense and unique mutant support structure(firestorm generator, stealth generator, growth accelerator and mutant...something thing-a-magic)
Plus Support Powers provided by Mutant Scrapyard(radar),Sanctuary(armory), Tech Vault, Tiberium Purifier(T4),together with Floater pit and Helipad.
Ooh, I want more mutant air units soo much.. xD

i think that the aa defense will be exactly the same as the super defense(ex :nod-obelisk)i think it will be the AGT(advanced guard tower) and for the support strucutre,i think something like non-natural tiberium tree

I am thinking of some sort of Mutant mig-yak now xD

Technically they can just stuff their tib.sun structure watch tower with Flak troopers.

Maybe they will not have traditional dedicated AA defense at all.
Ahh,oh. You got that right, it indeed looks more like Tib.Dawn Guard tower.
But I suppose its garrisonable with infantry.

Non-natural tiberium tree sounds exactly like TFM Blossom tree:

Which could seed blue tiberium,EMP,provide some bonus in radius(armor,health regen or anything)
And that triple-barreled Particle Cannon would be awsome T3 defense xD

Yap, I would like some Mutant MiG or Yak air superior fighter.

Kinda like the mammoth tank,will have a weapon,bu the it can garrison and becomes a beast XD
I just noticed that the guard tower isn't from tib dawn,it's from renegade(witch tehnically is from tib dawn xD )
And why we shouldn't make the t3 defences(all of them,obelisk etc ) shoot at aircraft?in renegade,obelisk would shot at those orcas
And the scrin t3 defense already shoots at aircraft

That is where my idea came from

Why T3 defense should not have AA?
Because gameplay balance.
Storm column is weird enough, given the price, health, damage, damage type, ion storm build radius obstacle bug, its properties of deflecting some missiles, dealing only 20% scalar damage vs scrin aircraft plus both healing,buffing armor,damage and damaging enemy scrin aircraft at the same time.
Sonic emmiter certainly wont shoot at aircraft.
But Mutant blue tib. charged Particle cannon could certainly shoot at aircraft :D
Two T3 defences having AA, the other two not. Sounds..reasonable to me xD
Otherwise, I am not much fond of CABAL Obelisk of Darkness(which has AA).

But what do you think about those other things?

Sonic emiter will eb like a distruptor for air(kinda big tho)

Scud storm with blue(i want black or yellow or red xD ) tiberium as a upgrade can do some serious damage,and it's simple :D

I thing that the aa defense for forgotten(except the agt) should be the RA2 flack cannon xD

And what do you think about some sort of virus(kinda like the psychic dominator) that will control any unit on the map

They are cool,but one i miss is........trolling with my SBH character xD , and havoc with sakura and the rest of the super heroes from renegade :D

None of sonic weaponry cannot obviously shoot at aircraft since Dune II.
KW GDI Support power Supersonic air attack aint nothing else then EMP.
Ultrasonic AA weaponry sounds nice and credible in realism, but it induces EMP and one shot pwning any air unit.
So, not good for gameplay balance.
Not even railguns,proton beams and some of anti-vehicle laser beams and supercharged particle beams can target aircraft.

Taking control of any unit, anywhere on the (visible) map is little but too much.
Tratos(Mutant farseer present in WB editor) who where researching unknown ulra-rare red tiberium(aboreus and cruentus are actually rare more potent foms of dark blue vinifera, red tib is considered also as byproduct of TCN in CNC4)has mind control.
I like the idea that he developed psychic abilites, since he was exposed to super-mutating radiation of legendary red tib.
Just like Carnius is expanding the idea of mutant evolution via mutation= Ascended squad casting "unlimited powuh" ion storm lightning.
But otherwise everything "Yuri" related is kept only for Scrin as Mastermind,Prodigy,Cultist,Pacifier.
Black or any other "color" of tiberium doesnt exist.
Imagine this Moddb.com or Vindicator being loaded with red tib. instead :-D

Well, otherwise mutants got huge blue tiberium vapor bomb/chemical missile explosion as superweapon.
3 missiles of blue tib. vapor bomb and you got your Scud storm xD

Yeah, RA2 or Forgotten Tiberium alliances Flak cannon defense,charged with blue tib. warheads or tib. acid shells could work.

I thought that Renegade was cancelled? xD

Yep you're right,scrin should be the ones with the mind control,but i like a virus support power that is gonna makes the vehicles not usable anymore :D

One kf the most destructable weapons ever xD

The flack cannon should not look like red alert,it should look like that has more but little mini cannons

I think that the AA defense can be also
-shootung with cannons(pirate cannons xD)
-quad sniper weapon(the quad sniper is the modified quad cannon for the stealth general,has more range,damage and rate of fire,but reduced speed of weapon with 5% )

Maybe renegade 2 xD
