I got all score.auds to work but, for some reason the speech one's for units won't work. I do have them placed in the sound.mix index.
Speech in the 1.06c version is read from talk*.mix files because they are part of the localisation system. The specific names of the unit talk mix files are configured in the language ini files (lang_eng.ini, lang_ger.ini, lang_fre.ini and lang_jap.ini) that are found inside updatec.mix
I cannot play C&C95; with the current patch 1.06c R3. When I start the game with default settings an error message reading "The memory could not be read from" is triggered all the time. The only way to get rid of it is to disable compatibility mode but then the mouse races over the screen or disappears completely, so that it is impossible to play the game. I've tried all CCConfig settings without success. I'm using Win10.
The problem is solved now: I've uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled it.

Nyerguds do you have a download with all the music files on there own like e.g mp3 for your unofficial c&c patch thanks?
I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Are you talking about the music files that the game reads, or music you can play on your music player? I only do game stuff; ModDB isn't really the place to upload game soundtracks.
well yeah the remixes from your patch I want outside of the game so where would you upload game sound tracks anyway up to you?
Note, I do have some soundtracks uploaded on mediafire... but those are specifically and only the high quality FLAC versions of the tracks that exist in CD audio quality. And it seems it's missing the actual soundtrack CD. But it has the Sega Saturn and Covert Ops tracks.

Those tracks are available on the official soundtrack, and on Frank Klepacki's site. You can listen to them at Frankklepacki.com
