I have installed the mod 4 times, And I still get the out of sync error.

Something was installed wrong. I had the same problem but I installed a freinds version (That I installed) and it worked. So I have no clue how to fix this.

No, it cant because the workshop limits mod sizes to like 4GB and the mod size is 6.4GB

No you have to put it in \mods\Red Rising\resource\entity\inventory\-equipment\body

Well I was just saying what I do before the fix.

The mod isnt on the workshop because the workshop cant handle the size of the mod,.

You have to do the fixs in order.

Turn off V-Sync and Turn off grass.

Steam workshop cant handle a mod size of past 4GB and this mod is 6GB.

Yes it is safe. everything on moddb is safe.

Little fix I do, Is go into the editor and edit the loadout of the soldier and delete his pistol and pistol ammo.
