I thought the term "broken Arrow" wasn't used till Vietnam...

The mods current working timeline is just after the end of 3 (formation of empire) through episode 5. And yes at this point it is just Empire Vs Rebels. This is of course subject to change as it develops though.

Unfortunately Zeridian was in a car wreck 2 weeks ago so progress has been significantly slowed until he has recovered from his injures (broken left arm and 15 stitches on his right hand). So sit tight and I am sure some stuff will be released once he has recovered.

Sorry I miss phrased that to where it sounds like i am saying "this mod is dead" what my intent was that the only active person is Zeridian and a recently joined member imxset. The other 6ish members are well... lacking in participation.

Note: I have already joined in the limited capacity I am capable of as ideas/research guy

That number is very generous. I have been active on the forums for about a month now and I am yet to see any one but Zeridian there so it is safe to say that they are no longer participating in the development of this mod.

Does the Isu-152 have the same one per game stipulation that the Konigstiger and I think the jagdpanther have?
