What does warner bros base this C&D letter on? Isn't what you are doing perfectly legal? It's not like you're infringing copyright or something. They can't order you to stop your project.

you are right, it's the same thing. I won't waste 5000$ on one bottle of wine, and i wont waste 60$ on 10 hours of gameplay.
