Hey, installed the mod I see it in the launcher. When I tried to launch the game I go into the New Game option and I see the default options. Any fixes?

How do I install this mod, I made a folder in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV, called mod and put the extracted file there but it doesn't show up on my game launcher.
