I suggest you to create some events that can lead to destruction of the EU and some immigrant scenarios,like civil unrest or islamisation war of some European countrys (civil war),or a scenario where Europe gets rid of financial and refugee crisis with closing borders and making "fortress europe"
+ a scenario where Russia joins the EU and can as Germany created the Europia or i dont know United States of Europe (lol) or work together against ISIS.

I have installed the mod and have version 1.3.3. I also disabled all the other mods even the Together for Victory DLC and the mod shows in the launcher and a green tick appears when I click it, but when I click Lauch, the game launches the vanilla not the Millenium dawn. I really want to play this mod and this is becomeing frustrating any advice?

the only way is to delete the downloaded files of the mod and download again. (worked for me)
