There are many ways to start. Try to stay single, and u will be fast enough to manoeuvre around bandits. set combat settings to poor and win some tournaments. Make ur strength to 12 or more as fast as u can. U need big army only after lvl 15 or 20.

Too many pages, so can't find the answer. but these are some bugs in gameplay:-
Tournament at Tor Yvresse: Player or NPC spawn at top gallery near arena master.
Tournament at Naggarond: Player always spawns without weapon. weapons on ground are just textures. can't be picked up.
Tournament general: In all towns player/NPC when given mount+bow, then no melee weapon is given.
Sea battle: With a party of 8, I couldn't touch other ship. It was far away. Our ship was just oscillating, and companions falling unconscious one by one.
And after reload every coastal town shows message "...take to sea". I don't have a ship, now I can't buy a ship.

Two problems: 1.Caravan of my kingdom not starting: I have two towns, 5 castles, 3 vassals, but no caravans. why my caravans are not generating? (Perisno v.772)

2. Bandits/Outlaws always follow me like magnet: even if I am carrying 400 soldiers, a petty bandit party attacks me straight, they don't run away even if my relation with them is just -1. it getting annoyed, when I am heading for something important or waiting in siege.
