It's a great evidence of the difference between horror movies and psychological thrillers. All this decayed urban landscape with its Clostophovic feeling, the subtle puzzles, is really amazing what a lack of enemy numbers can add to a games atmosphere. It is not doom and dont expect the same fun and mayhem, it is a game of it's own.

it is so far the most player freandly overhaul out there according to the customazation of the stalker experiance. With polished and simple menus in game you can literally change every aspect of it. Several modes to play, story mode, faction war mod, ironman mod etc. The implement of an egyclopedia is phantastic and highly immersive. x64 game engine and multiple graphic n directx settings allow playing without much headaques. Everything in this mod seem to respect the stalker lore, and the work of all the other moders that came before ANOMALY. The Author keeps with big updates, and i hope he will for a long time to come. Highly recomended.
