Just wondering how to change the time factor, I added alife.ltx into configs from CoC and have edited the time factor, but it does not change the time in game. I tried this with Last Day and it worked, so maybe i need to do something else?

Not sure if anyone could help me here, but I figured I'd try. I find the Baltic portraits more suitable for the Nords in Elder Kings than the Nordic portraits they currently use because they kinda remind me of Nords in TES:Skyrim. I don't think it's reasonable to request for the mod dev to replace the portraits for my own opinion so I was wondering how I could do this myself. I looked into it months ago but found nothing so I figured I'd ask here. Thanks!
