Wow! Impressive mapping, especially tickled by how nice the outdoor scenes look.

Also, the subtle changes to the original level design and introduction to gameplay elements have also been a treat. Way to reimagine the HL universe while keeping it true to its roots. This is truly a home run.

Like all games I'm sure people will find things to criticize or be disappointed about but as a whole this thing has delivered in spades.

I've only made it about 30min past where you grab the crowbar but I had to take a break and relay how absolutely stunning the entire experience has been.

This mod is pitch perfect so far. Scripted sequences, level design, textures, voice acting, dynamic effects, music. It is top quality AAA level professional work. A million words of praise and thanks to those who slaved over this all those years. Absolutely worth it.

Looking forward to playing this.

Forgot to mention the /bin /data folders with the .ico and some dlls that also show up with the rest of these files. And this is ofc the windows version.

Why does Desura drop all these files in whatever directories I have open when running it? Like it uses them as temp space or something. Its the #1 reason I've uninstalled it. Tell me thats fixed and I'll try it again.

What gives? I've already uninstalled it so running the uninstaller listed there doesn't even work. Just have to delete them manually. Design flaw or what?

You know you come off as a bit of a stalker/harasser for simply helping someone with some spelling changes. Tone it the **** down on the Life's End page. You're all over it and appear whiny over your small contribution. If you truly love the mod don't clog his main page comments with your nagging. You're doing a disservice to this mod by brining so much attention to yourself. I'm surprised by how courteous the guy is being to you. At least keep these things in private comments to him.
