I know my reply is omega-late, but maybe someone else will see this and be enlightened. If you set the difficulty to Master, but then loaded a different save, the difficulty would have been reverted to Stalker (assuming that was the difficulty that was originally selected on that savegame.) I had this problem on a different mod when loading a different save while testing the damage values once. Just one more reason why I always make sure the difficulty is set to Master/Hell/Whatever when I start a new game. ;)

Got no hope in this now, in fact I'm about to unfollow it since it looks so unappealing now. Like 90% of the others who were looking forward to this, it looked a lot better when it was on the Source engine. Then they switched over to overhyped Cryengine and apparently progress slowed down to nothing. Oh well, it happens with most ambitious mods anyway, so I can't say that I was too disappointed.

Good luck with this. I love OL 2.2 and haven't tried the 2010 version yet. This looks pretty ambitious.

Allow me to get this straight... They release SHoC Complete, which was so great, it was almost like an entirely new game. Pretty much all serious and most minor bugs - completely eliminated. The visuals? Overhauled ten-fold to outshine even some modern games. The way a mod *should* be done.

Then, comes Clear Sky Complete, a mod which was already amazing on principal because it actually made the game PLAYABLE. Alas, even though I enjoyed the fact that I could play the game without it crashing every two seconds, or falling through the map every three steps, I still don't care much for CS and it's boring-*** Faction Wars nonsense, so whatever.

So...they do CoP Complete, which is somehow less stable than the unpatched vanilla game. Then they effectively make a half-assed attempt to address the issues, then disappear indefinitely?

Wow, now the game crashes before anything even pops up. Amazing. 10/10 mod for sure.

This piece of **** crashes any time I start a new game and the main little cutscene movie ends. I installed Priboi Story and then installed the 1.0005 patch since I'm on the Steam version. Does it just NOT work with the Steam version or what?
