Outstanding mod. It's chaotic and different but once you get its rhythm it's a blast. I also enjoyed the arena episode. I think some people didn't like it as much as the other stuff, but I thought it was cool. Next to Ashes 2063, this is probably my favorite mod on the site.
Not just the best Doom mod I've played to date, one of the best old school shooter mods I've played (Duke mods included). Outstanding style, art design, music, atmosphere and surprisingly great story and writing.
I've waited for the DC to play and it was worth the wait. Best STALKER mod out there. COC and Misery, perform better and are more stable, but here is a new new game, not just a mod. The level design is incredible. Great new tasks. I.A. can be iffy unfortunately. Performance is weak compared to the best mods out there like COC. So its certainly flawed, but for me its the definitive STALKER and its free. Also technical support is pretty excellent. They work hard to provide patches rather than abandoning the project. I expect LA to get better!
