Oooooh yes. I love every Dale image you've posted so far, I've been trying to figure out how to model in Third Age: Total War for Medieval 2 just so I can get similar looking units in there. Alas, it is passed me.

Nowhere, I don't know where he gets this information. The four clans that settled there, the Ironfists, Stiffbeards, Blacklocks, and Stonefoots, were probably still around during the War of the Ring. During the War of the Dwarves against the Orcs, they probably sent troops to help sack all the orc strongholds, but because they came from lines not descendant of Durin, they wouldn't go inside Moria to retake it (and, you know, they were told an ancient evil was in there. The Balrog.)

I think it depends on if the Woodland elves are separate. If Lothlorien and the Mirkwood Realm are two factions, then Lindon and Imladris should be separate. There is no High-King of the Nolder anymore, there's no reason to combine them if the aforementioned two aren't.

Most of the elves at that battle were from Lindon, not Rivendell. Gil-galad brought by far the most troops there out of the High Elves. Even the Wood Elves brought more than Elrond IIRC, but Thranduil's father was rash and rushed into battle with them without orders and they were cut down.
