Pros:
-Visually pleasing, neat effects
-Large variety of weapons
-Interesting story quests
-Unlockable Factions
-Lots of customization options (weather, progression, game mechanic settings, etc)
-Very replayable

Cons:
-Very summer-y (I know this is subjective to my own feelings, but I would've enjoyed more autumn colours)
-Inventory bloat
-NPC's retain their xray vision bs, even more amplified with the added foliage
-Poor optimization (large texture resolutions for irrelevant, barely seen objects)
-Attachments are inconsistent (some optics aren't able to be mounted to weapons even though the correct mount style is present on the weapon)

All in all, its the "flavour of the month". Just like every other mod, it'll be forgotten once a new shiny toy comes out. Play it if you'd like. The amount of addons available should tell you what you need to know. I enjoy the mod but it's a classic case of autistic decisions being made that the community needed to correct, as with all mods.
