No need to explain, i'm just giving critism. Looks pretty good for a first model, but you should practice some more before making a model for your mod. :)

It has texture stretching and looks pretty bad overall, doesn't represent the Combine. You guys should look at the other Combine vehicles, they are much more organic. Also you shouldn't use digital camouflage for aliens, only earth forces would use that, the combine use more of the shiny metal that hunters have.

It kinda looks like shadow = light and light = shadow, which would be an error in the normalmap.

Phonging the mask isn't really a good idea, or he must have a latex skimask. :P

Doesn't look any more high res, maybe more low res because of the excessive bumpmapping, you also made the camouflage come out. (camouflage is printed into the clothes but you guys probably know that.)
