make sure you tell people what mod is required to play your map.

otherwise, most people wont even download it....

If you dont tell people a mod is needed they assume its for standard / vanilla game....

best to say editor only if so....

screenshots would help, the preview picture shows objects not in standard AS:2 game so its misleading if so..

(i assumed map was for modern war or Cold war mods based on preview pic)

Hint: pressing F12 while in editor or game will take a screenshot pic..

I wish to volunteer my time and skills to help develop this mod further..

I am very interested in making & porting single player missions to this mod...

I now own the game after buying it for myself as an early christmas present...

Downloading now...

For those that may need some help.... LOL :)

Download the file and open the infos.txt file

copy and paste the first link into your browser address bar....

download first part - 800 megs

when finished copy second link into browser address bar and wait for it to finish downloading also (800 megs)

repeat the process for part 3 and part 4

when all is finished downloading open the first file using 7zip and enter the password contained at the bottom of the infos.txt file

extract to the appropriate folder and enjoy...

NOTE: Mediafire may restrict you from downloading more than one file at a a time thats why my explanation is shown doing 1 file at a time.. ( try 2 at once if you have good internet connection speed )

current version is stable, I played for 30mins and no crashes...

HoWW2 Soviet campaign for AS:2 is available now in steam workshop.

The version i converted / ported uses old textures and looks very plain though, I suggest waiting for MKlinger to recreate it from scratch for a better eperience...

Played for 15mins and quant error happened..

There is a russian 61k aa gun attacking my units from another map clip..

( Left of start position ) unit may have to be set to hidden until that zone / clip is activated by script )

Also a few player units are still set AI ( the medics and a halftrack )

I was able to play for longer and crash only happened when the 61k rounds from the other clip hit my pz3...

Excellent news, Mod was updated on 9 / Sept

Downloading new version now.... I will report any crashes etc...

Previous version was crashing the game with quant errors, Hopefully this version is more stable ??
