The readme says you need to launch a batch file to start the mod properly, but the newest version doesn't seem to come with one. I also tried the 1.32 version that's on the wiki and that doesn't seem to come with a batch file either.

Pretty much the entire set-up screen thing that appears when you start the mod is full of spelling and grammatical errors. Although that may have only been for the demo.

I really like the demo; the mod seems to be shaping up well. However, there are three specific issues I picked up while playing it (initially posted on PlanetPhillip):

While there's no text in game, the text when you start the mod makes it obvious that it REALLY needs an english proofreader, I could even do it if the bare-bones translations are supplied like in this instance.

The steam at the electric water puzzle should be more visible (putting some coloured steam, rather than transparent, would hopefully work fine). Until I realised what the Valves did I was initially confused why I was getting hurt when the water was safe.

The health regeneration should get more of a mention; its mechanics seem a bit obtuse. While it's obvious you heal faster when you are weak it also seems to just stop working at times, as if there's something else that effects it. Maybe it's just a bug though. Plus it needs to be mentioned that it's present in the first place (until I realised it was there I thought about how it might be easy to get stuck with the more dangerous combat).
