yes it does I have been trying to get this to work for a while I watch get milky you tube video and followed the instructions while it played the only difference was I had to do was find it which actually wasn't to hard after I followed the instructions to the letter right from the start he states the file is in creative assembly file but I found it in sega file I'm pretty sure. remember to follow all instructions he shows how to bring up the hidden files which has the v store in it.when he says to press start to find file options I actually found file options in the little magnifyglass beside the start botton on windows 10.i hope this helps lol probly wont sorry about spelling I'm sick as a dog cant be bother to fix up
