PSA If you're getting FPS drops whenever you move your mouse:

Fix this by going to your Drivers folder in your Soulstorm directory. Open "spdx9_config.txt" and change "allowhwcursor 1" to "allowhwcursor 0". Credit goes to _Clove_ on Reddit where I found the answer to this problem. Was bugging me for awhile after I reinstalled, hope this helps.
