I mod as a hobby. I have been a modder since 1983. I am getting old and have a few projects I have been working on for some days, months, and years in the Fallout Universe. For me learning the Geck, whole and complete before I die, is on my bucket list of things to do in life. That way if there is thought after death I can have all the pieces in my head to make my own universe to dwell in.

Yes. I have been mucking about with the GECK since the beginning and assisting various artists as "Unknown Author" since 2008 and making a few things for myself... I try to stay true to the lore of the Fallout Universe. These days, I have been messing around with various world maps made by other modders...none of them complete and quite right in some important ways. This week I have been mucking about with the Brave New World mod re-writng it into an esm file I have been playing with for maybe 7 years. I am hoping the same voice team remakes the voice files of FO3. It be another step that would help the lone modder to market their work rather than working for no paycheck.

I feel the same way about getting paid for the time and love of art as you do. If I have a dream team you are my first pick.

Well, I learned a lot from studying the 1.3.1 version... and branched from it to make a revamped FO3NVPB Game Engine. Why, it was where our timelines crossed. A few years have gone by since then. I used that esm as a mod resource. I am not a game player. I am a game maker. Sure... I muck about figuring out how mods are made by thousands of artists and rewrite it to as few master files and esp files as I could, that is called editing. Been doing that since I started mucking about writing the first GECK as a kid.

I just want the 1.3.1 map in esp form. I unwrote the master file taking out as much as I could trying to fix the map. Some of it I can, but the scaling and stuff is set not quite right and a deal more time in landscaping and a lot less on scripting would be have been a very good thing before making the .esm... The Map. The map is the Game. Finish the map. Utilize every inch of the map in a way that looks cool. Do you have an esp of the map alone? I have a really solid base game engine up and working now. I wish you and team had made a simple mod rather than a game. I am sorry... but I have put a very great deal of time on your game and creating my own content over the last twenty years or so and really The Project Brazil Map is about the best out there for expanding Fallout 3 and NV. Letting the landscape tell the story is hard to do and the direction I went with on a TTW version was to expand death traps and fire traps... You guys were headed in the right direction with the caves and vault build in your cells. I will keep looking at your archived stuff here maybe you will post something I might be able to do something with. Have a nice day. If you still have a Dev Team and a studio... lets talk business sometime...

OK... This mod is placed into the Fallout NV Data File. Do not install TTW or PB with a mod manager. Place the files from TTW 2.9.3 and from PB 1.3.1 in the Data file manually and overwrite... Remember, just 'cause you can pick a lock and go through a door it doesn't mean you should go barging through locked doors. Use basic Fallout NV .ini Settings. Go to the West Train Tunnel in Big Mountain.

Installing the HQ LOD Settings Mod From the Project Brazil site with Fallout Mod Manager works best.

So here is a little resource modification made for Tale of Two Wastelands 2.9.4b and Project Brazil 1.3.1. After a great deal of experimentation I have come to the conclusion that it is compatible with a wide array of alternate start mods. It is also going to be updated very soon. I gave myself so many options with this mod that I have been dithering for weeks plotting stuff only to come up with something even cooler and start off in another direction. To you few that have this mod feel free to use it however you like. Especially, you folks at Radian-Helix and TTW Studios. Sound... Please we need some genius in sound to tackle this base build... start with my mod...

I wonder if the scouts can be used in the fallout universe?
