I also got the problem that my mouse isnt working anymore in both games. It worked fine long time before I installed the last big win10 update..so Yea I guess the win update broke it :S
Any chance for a fix?

I get this error in log:

Seems to have something to do with alife update that I did at launcher yesterday..is there any ways to fix this or my saves wont work anymore??

Hi guys.. for some reason the game is going black screen when loading any of my saves after I have updated some of the main mods like prm, extended weather, alife and some others.
The only way I can load and play is starting the game via configurator for some reason. But then I cant get devmode anymore. Is there any way to use devmode stuff when starting with launcher?

Extended weather 0.22

First thx for the addon it really helps when you are tired of too much bad weather. But I still would like to have more rain and storm between good weather. Which file/game archive I need to unpack for edit to get a higher chance for storms/rain while still having a higher chance for sunny weather?

Nevermind for some reason my Norton Internet Security Firewall blocked it and didnt told me about

Can someone pls explain how I can update extended weather to 0.22? I got 0.18 and I dont have any update option for it available in my Launcher and Mod Channels is greyed out :(

Honestly I can understand you this game is pretty hard even on novice and it has some flaws but its doable and still a challenge when you help yourself a bit with the devmode. Add to your shortcut after XR_3DA.exe" with a space: -developer mode
Then press F3 in pause menue to see the cheat menue.
What I usually do when I get run over by too much hard hitting enemys or loads of mutant, I spawn some more ammo and maybe some of the the weapons I found already to repair them with a weapon kit. You can spawn anything you want with this if needed but dont spawn too much or endgame items otherwise you will loose motivation to go for loot^^.
Also you can use g_god on and g_unlimitedammo on in console but in my opinion cheats like this make the game too easy.

Well yea that seems the the problem for me. I think I killed the bandits and found the key before I got the quest from the duty guy at bar. And when you say it might crash with that autosave mod then I better not going to risk it. Also I dont feel for doing so much stuff again just to free that guy. I guess then I just go on with the game and dont join duty

How to use the damn prison cell key to free the duty guy at bandit base?? I cant equip it in any way because thats what a guy here told me. He said equip it like a detector and use it with O but it doesnt work.
And when I stand in front the door, there is no option to use it or open the door. There doesnt seem to be any lock at the door. when I shoot the door it just opens like it wasnt even fully closed.
Am I really that stupid?? Pls someone can help me I really want to free that guy -.-

But how? Because there is no way to equip the key in any way. Tried double clicking it and dragging it to all different inventory slots. Also the door just seems to be open like there is no look to see at the door hmm

For some reason the quest Free duty guy from bandit prison doesnt seem to work. I killed all bandits in there and found the key.
But there was no Open possible at cell door when I have the key. Then I was like Hmm lets try shoot the door and it actually worked and openend but when I go in and speak to the prisoner again, I just have 1 answer and thats Yes hang on I open the gate. He doesnt move at all when the door is open.
Does that mean the quest is bugged and I cant do it? Because I want join duty and I guess free that guy is important for it :S

Or is stealth easier with different npc vision parameters? When yes I would use that too. Actually didnt think you would do a version with less changes :O Would be awesome

Hey there..there are some pretty nice changes. Would it be possible to add a mod version of this where only this things are included?
Real speed of actors
Adjusted the high of camera
Actor better precision without aim
Ammo cost is decreased and reasonable
Death cry sound not will be heard by npcs
You can go through the bushes without alarm
A-life 1000mt than 150
Or would this be too much work? I would really really appreciate a version with only this changes. :)

I need help for finding the documents at mine for Sidrovich.
Found 3 so far. 1 down at the beds in the mine and 2 at the upper floors in the buildings near the mine entrance.
Quest says look for more so I wonder how much more are left there? Am I missing a secret supper hidden spot? Searched every inch now for 1 hour. And for some reason i wasnt able to find any useful hints for that on google :(

First I want to say its amazing how much 1.7 improved compared to 1.5. I can run the game on max dx11 with 50-60 fps (i7 4790k, 16GB, GTX 1070)..thats really impressive. Before I would have got 20-40fps on max settings. Also the new weather effects are really great and the whole game feels way more polished. Amazing job dezowave :)
But there are 2 things that I want to ask:
1.Is there any way to fix the weird yellow and too bright water reflections bug? Also they seem to become yellow lines when Iam very close to the water.
2. For some reason I dont hear usual radiation sound when Im in a area with much rad. I just see the screen turn grey.
Is this intended or do I need a better detector or armor for it?

I would like to know answers to the questions too please^^

Btw I wonder if there is any way to change grass shadows distance? Because it seems like grass shadows render in like 3-4m in front of the player.

Hmm what hotkey could it be? I looked on google but couldnt find anything..i dont know why but g_god and g_unlimitedammo dont work anymore

So why they actually disabled g_godmode and g_unlimitedammo in console? Iam so frustrated cause Iam too bad to beat the bandits at the factory with a weak pistol and like 40 ammo...this cheat would help me get over the beginning till I find some rifle and some more ammo so I actually have a chance on surviving.
Anyone know maybe they changed the cheat codes for console?

First merry xmas and big thx for improving the mod so much..finally runs at stable fps on max settings :D
But I got 1 problem: Since Iam very bad at games I find myself with the problem, specially at beginning hours of the game, dying waaay to much or running out of ammo because I never got enough Ru to buy Medikits ammo and other important stuff..even on lowest diffculty.
I cant find any working trainer for 1.5 Version so far and the console cheats g_god On and g_unlimitedammo On doesnt seem to work anymore..it says unknown command.
So what Iam doing wrong with commands? Or maybe anyone know a working trainer for latest version that can help me in the beginning?

Yes I know...I increased it to the point where it was more bright and night was like almost daylight..but when I made it only 1-3 points down again it became too dark again..for some reason the gamma settings seem wrong since the DC patch..only too dark or too bright are possible.

Yeah it sucks when the night is so dark that you not able to see anything..even the flashlight is barely noticeable...it wasnt like this in any other stalker game

So will 1.5 Patch finally fix the weather and the way too dark nights?
I know there is a weather fix but it disables blowouts and psi storms :(
Those 2 things are really immersion breaking

Would love to know too...played until killing the sniper on garbage lvl then I decided to wait with going on since I heard new patch will require a new game. Would love to go on playing with new Patch on my 2 work free days :)
Btw Will there be any fix for the game beeing too dark often? I already removed the windows update that some people in the comments said but it only fixed glowing sky bug but not the game beeing too dark often.

For some reason my weather doesnt change at all..always cloudy or foggy...also its way to dark at night..cant see anything and the flash light is barely noticeable. Also the sky is way too bright at daylight..already tried those middlegray commands and the others but they doesnt help much.
Will those things ever be fixed? To me in this state is not enjoyable :(
