Also, the gmod ver which adds the snpcs, will have the face expressions, it means they can blink and have their death faces, because, "Resurgence", and made a way to do that one decal of blood which appears on killing a enemy.

So, in my honest opinion, this mod feels like another game, like you're not playing half life, but another game, even if the mod is from half life, is like cry of fear from steam, it was made with half life, but now as a game. (Also i may say at i'm doing a resurgence mod about this for gmod, and it includes ragdolls for them, W.I.P of course.)
