To replace skins, you have to download the skin (in this case, from GnigruH's skin thread at the relic news forums). Then you have to find your "company of heroes/blitzkrieg/data/art/models/races/" and then the folder for the vehicle or infantry skin you want to change. You will see that the files have names like "1ex_panther_dif." Rename your chosen skin so that it will overwrite one of the existing files. I'm not sure which number corresponds to each vehicle, so just use process-of-elimination. Hope that helps.
