The Tools are in a completely different area :P I assume it is not a bug and they decided to put them somewhere else the First one is in the Ranger Station on some pipes up a ladder to your left right when you walk into it through the big doors and the other one is in the Iron Forest in that little room downstairs under the stairs next to the door :P took me a while to find them but i did.

Thought I'd thank you for the awesome Misery mod! :D It's amazing so far and can't wait to see what you and the MDT have in store in the next updates!

Nice to know someone else had the small glitch I did with the missing Stalker quest :P thanks for the comment and as for the other I am just going to wait and try again later to see what happens!
