Well it costed me a fortune (currencies, duh -,-"), but hell. It was worth it. Lately I had an idea. How about energy transport? Basically it'd be cool to have a satellite, which would transport solar energy to your station/ship/vessel/cube/anything.
Defensive structure ideas:
How about some kind of bunker? Like the bunkers on the "base" map, but they could be built by the building units. Basically: They give you some kind of defense bonus, your units would work like normal, except they couldn't move (excluding getting out).
Also a turret bunker. It would probaly have less space for units, but one side would have a turret.
Unit ideas:
Rebel crosbowwer - equipped with X-bow, would be a counterpart to Combine sniper. Probaly more damage, but less hp.
Combine saboteur - pistol, camouflage ability, stun grenade - units cannot attack, use abilities for a moment.
Combine scout - pistol, camouflage, scan - detecting hidden units, uses energy
Rebel scout (buff) - radar - detecting hidden units, uses energy
Also AI needs alot of work, the main flaw is the fact, that human has a reaction time, it takes some time to command units, while AI can command 9 squads to go in the 4 corners, 4 sides and the center of the map in 0.1 of a second.
